SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

 


Free Shipping Policy:

Our prices include a pre-calculated shipping cost, to the lower 48 states, if you live in a remote location or on an Island etc. which will incur an extra freight cost we will notify you prior to shipping to determine your options.
Shipping is included to the contiguous USA; this excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore United States territories. With exception to out of reach remote locations which may require an extra shipping cost. If this happens, you will be notified in advance and presented with options. This is very rare most orders do not require any additional “Remote Location Surcharges”.
Your equipment will be delivered by a 48' to 53' tractor-trailer. If the trucking company determines they need a smaller truck, this will create a delay for your delivery. Please let us know if the trucking company will have a problem delivering to your location at the time of ordering so an alternate location can be scheduled and any problems can be avoided.
The trucking company will contact you in advance to schedule delivery.


Shipping Lead Times:

Systems usually leave our warehouse within 1 – 5 business days. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances it may take up to 2 weeks to ship. If this happens we will contact you with an estimated ship date. Please allow additional 4 - 10 days for the freight carrier to deliver depending on location.


Curbside Delivery Service:

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your items to the curb of your business or residence. This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your items.
Delivery drivers are not required to unload the product from the truck, this is a “curbside” delivery, and you are responsible to remove the items from the Semi-Truck. Please be prepared to remove your items from the truck. Sometimes drivers will help you unload your items but they are not obligated in any way to help. The heaviest box can weigh up to 100 pounds and is approximately 12' in length, easily manageable with two individuals. All of our products are meant to be hand loaded and hand unloaded, meaning: without use of a forklift or hand truck. It will require 2 individuals present at time of delivery to get the products off the truck and moved up your drive way to your desired location. Although the tubing and reflectors for the system will arrive in an oversized box, a hydraulic lift gate service is not required to remove the items from the truck. If the truck arrives with a hydraulic lift gate, we do not recommend you use it, they can bill you for this use and it can be over $100.00 even though you did not order it or need it.


Receiving Your Freight:

Be sure to note ANY exceptions on the BILL OF LADING prior to signing.
When the shipment is delivered, inspect it immediately for obvious signs of damage or missing items. If you receive an item that the packaging appears to have been damaged during shipment, most times the product has no damage and is still as new. You must determine if the product has actually been damaged and a freight insurance claim needs to be is filed. You must note any visible damage or missing items on the bill of lading before signing for delivery. We highly recommend you take pictures of the items as they were delivered. You must keep all original packaging material until you have determined whether or not an insurance claim needs to be filed with the freight company. If any packaging material has been thrown away, we cannot file an insurance claim. Discarding shipping packaging or contents waves your right to get your product replaced. NOTE: Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt BEFORE SIGNING.
If you receive missing or damaged items, you need to notify the carrier upon receiving the order. Note on the delivery receipt (BILL OF LADING) the issue. You will need to contact us at 800-642-2663 so we can get a replacement for the damaged or missing parts sent out to you right away. Damaged items need to be sent back and refused in order to get a replacement at no charge. Failure to check your products for damage at delivery will result in you paying for missing or damage items.
If the condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt (BILL OF LADING). The driver will give you a copy and keep one for proof of delivery. If you sign for and take delivery without exceptions noted you are responsible and accepting the condition of the shipment.

 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and US Territories:

We typically do not ship to these locations. Special arrangements must be made, please contact us for more information about shipping to these locations.

 

Cancellations:

If you want to cancel your order before it ships you will be refunded the full amount you originally paid. If you want to cancel an order after your order has shipped you will be responsible for any and all shipping cost to ship it to you and shipping to get the product back to us, plus up to a 15% restocking fee. If the item is damaged during shipment, no refund will be issued until the freight insurance claim process is complete. Once the freight insurance claim process is complete, you will then be refunded the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company. Return Policy:

Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Returns after 10 days will not be accepted. No refunds or returns are allowed on opened boxes. If you refuse or want to return a shipment then you will be refunded minus any and all shipping cost involved, this includes any items that were listed as “Free Shipping”. Free Shipping only applies if you keep the items you purchased.
Before returning any products you must receive a return goods authorization (RGA) from us. Items returned without an RGA will be refused. Returned new and unused items will be subject to a restocking fee up to a 25%, used items will be subject up to 35% restocking fee. If you sign for and take delivery without exceptions noted you are responsible and accepting the condition of the shipment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. Free shipping only applies if you purchase, take delivery, and keep the products.


If you have decided to return your items after receipt:

All of the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must contact us to get an return goods authorization “RGA” form and return instructions PRIOR to returning any items.

  2. The items must be in original unopened, unused container.

  3. Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of receiving the item.

If you return any items without all the above conditions met the items will be refused and come back to you without any refunds issued. You are responsible for return shipping charges as well as restocking fees.
You will receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned items less our actual shipping and handling cost, regardless of “Free Shipping”, restocking fee, and damage claims, as a store credit or refund.
We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction and realize that problems can occur with items during shipping.
