General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Limitations of Liability:

In no event shall Bishop Radiant Heating Systems, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Sales and Use Tax:

We are not required to collect sales or use tax on deliveries within the US, except where we have a business presence.

Customers purchasing from Bishop Radiant Heating Systems, Inc. and shipping to Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, South Dakota, and Minnesota all applicable taxes are included in your order.

How Sales Tax is Calculated "Estimated Tax":

If an item is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of an item will generally include item-level shipping and handling charges and order-level discounts.

The amount of tax paid to the state for your order will depend upon many factors including identity of the seller, type of item purchased, and destination of the shipment. Factors can change between the time you place an order and the time of credit card charge authorization, which could affect the calculation of sales taxes. The amount appearing on your order as "Estimated Tax" may differ from the sales taxes ultimately paid to the state.

Payment Terms:

We except Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Credit card payments will be charged at the time the order is placed. Payable in US funds.

Financing:

"No Payments + No Interest if paid in full in 6 months when you spend $99 or more". See PayPal links at check out for details.

Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change prices on our website at any time on any product without notice. Items are subject to availability, and may change without notice from time to time. We reserve the right of final approval of all orders. We are not responsible for typographical errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we have the right to cancel any order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged at the incorrect price and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge.

Warranty Limitations:

We sell only the highest quality infrared radiant heating products. All items sold by Bishop Radiant Heating Systems, Inc. are warranted by the manufacture. All of our products are sold in new condition and carry a full manufactures warranty. Our warranties are unmatched in the industry, like our radiant tubing carries a 10 year replacement and our burners carry a 3 year component warranty. See installation manual for full details. We have been selling infrared heating equipment for more than 25 years so you can rest assured, we know radiant heating.
